We will only ask for personal information that is necessary to provide you with the requested services. The information collected may include but is not limited to:
- Basic user information (name, email address, etc.)
- Event and corrective action details
- Offline data created within the app

Please note that we do not collect attachments or comments created while offline in the initial version of the app.

We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between the InTrac mobile app and our servers is encrypted to protect it from unauthorized access. Additionally, we implement robust security measures to safeguard your personal information from loss, theft, or misuse.

Information Sharing: We do not share any personally identifying information publicly, except when required by law.

Offline Functionality:
Our mobile app, InTrac, provides limited features when used offline. While offline, you can still create events and corrective actions, but attachments and comments are disabled in this initial version. Please note that any data created offline will need to be synchronized once you are back online.

Limited Data Collection:
When using InTrac, we collect and store certain information to enable the app's functionality and provide a seamless user experience. This includes basic event and corrective action details such as titles, descriptions, and dates. However, we do not collect or store any attachments or comments created offline.

Online Syncing: To ensure data integrity, InTrac requires an internet connection for syncing offline-created data. Once you are back online, you can manually initiate the synchronization process by clicking the Sync button in the offline stats section of the app. This will upload any offline data to our servers, including attachments and comments, and merge it with your online account.

The InTrac mobile app may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. Please note that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
